    Spare Parts L260

    I have been wondering if there would be any parts that would be recommended to buy to have on hand as it gets older and parts harder to find. Anything that is common to be needed for an L260 ? Almost warm enough to fire it back up, snow is slowing down. Thanks

    Brakes

    Friend and I got the brakes fixed, looks like one side was missing a spring on a the shoe. No tracy of it anywhere. Brake Cam was also stuck, works good now. Thanks for the info Wolf man.

    I noticed that my when my split brakes are locked they aren't coming backup all the way. When I separate them the left one stays down some. I can pull it backup but it goes hard.     Pellet Pistol

    Thought about getting a pellet pistol to do some target practice with, don't want to fire regular ammo that I can't replace easily. Checked many of the hunting and reloading companies, much of what they list is back ordered. Guess I wasn't the first to consider this option.

    My 1974 L260 has an air cleaner top that isn't held on by a center bolt on the top. It has one on the bottom. The top just pulls up.
