    B3200 Operator's Manual

Hey guys, I'm trying to locate an Operator's Manual for my 2010 B3200. I believe that I have searched far and wide on the Web, and I can't come up with much. I couldn't find any of the usual sites that had a download, and paper copies run $25-35 plus $20-30 shipping. Does anybody have an...

    B3030 PTO kit

Here's what the frame looks like for my B3200 and the same blower that you have. As mentioned by someone else, it hooks over the tractor bracket and clamps onto it, and then there's a pin underneath the tractor that holds it up. If you really only paid $1800 for your, you stole it, and you have...

    Mowing patterns

These descriptions are how I mow with my flail, and I've always called it a "Zamboni pattern". Just go to YouTube and search "Zamboni clearing ice", and you will see the exact pattern. Zambonis can't make sharp turns, and that's exactly what we're trying to duplicate.

Help! Fuel Can Nozzle in tank

I had exactly the same thing happen to me when filling my B3200. It's been in there almost 3 years and no issues so far. After that I switched to setting the fuel can on a towel on the hood and siphoning the fuel in.

B3200 front snowblower driveshaft quick hitch coupler stuck

I have the same tractor and a B2782b blower. By quick hitch, I assume you mean the sub-frame under the tractor. Once I release the pin and flip the connector, I just go in front of the blower with it raised a bit off the ground and alternate pushing or "wiggling" on left and then right side...

    L2501 6hrs new rattle

May not be an issue for you, but by far the loudest rattle on my B3200 comes from the ROPS. It comes and goes depending on what else is vibrating on the tractor.

    Betstco flail gearbox

UPDATE: I just found a TINY vent hole in the filler plug, which hopefully will prevent seals from blowing out if there's too much oil. The actual problem began when someone at Betstco filled it right to the brim with oil. They swear that they won't ship anything with oil in it, but they sure...

    Betstco flail gearbox

Wolfman, here's a picture of my gearbox. Just a fill plug with no vent. This is the first image that I've tried to attach, so no guarantees that it worked correctly!

    Betstco flail gearbox

Wow, I wish mine looked like that! They must have changed the design, because I have no drain plug at all. Thanks, GeoHorn.

    Betstco flail gearbox

Good point, D2Cat. I'll have to look more closely at the plug. Thanks.

    Betstco flail gearbox

Dunbar, owner's manual parts diagram shows a drain plug, but it doesn't show a fill plug, so I'm guessing they are one and the same. I have looked everywhere and have ripped off a safety shield, and I can't find another plug anywhere. If the gearbox is filled full of oil, isn't there a risk of...

    Betstco flail gearbox

Hi guys, I just took delivery of a 60" Betstco medium duty flail mower. I'm struggling to figure out how much gear oil the gearbox is supposed to have in it. The manual says roughly 3 quarts, which seems like a lot. A service person at Betstco said that there is a drain plug on the gearbox...

    Rotary cutter for L3901

Welcome to OTT! I run a Woods 60" rotary cutter on my B3200, and you've got 8-9 more PTO horsepower than I do. Most of what I cut is waist-high weeds and grass, and the tractor literally doesn't even know the mower is there. I've never had it dark down RPM's, and I run at a pretty constant...

    Black stuff in fuel filter

I had what sounds like the same problem with my B3200. I blamed it on the possibility of water in the fuel. I have to buy from my local gas station rather than a truck stop, because there's no truck stop within an hour of me. I tried to stir up the fuel in the tank by siphoning out and back...

Snowblower Front mount or rear PTO - Thoughts?

Welcome to the group! I've got a B3200 with a B2782B 63" front blower. There's no way in the world that I would trade it for a 3-point hitch blower. It's so much easier to see what you're doing, and much much better for your neck and back. As far as mounting, it takes me 5-10 minutes to...

    3 point snowblower shield

My solution to this problem is pretty low-tech. I wear ski goggles in case I mess up, but the real key is be very aware of the wind direction and any swirling from it. I let the wind direction determine where I start working on my 400' driveway, being certain to always work downwind. That...

    B2782A front snowblower shaft question

I have a B2782B, and the front U-joint is pretty inaccessible for greasing once it's assembled. I ended up drilling a hole hole through the metal guard plate on the blower that shields the joint, and I just insert the grease gun through the hole. Works well with no gymnastics or swearing involved!

    Robo Call Blocking

My approach has been twofold: I signed up for Nomorobo on my landline, and that blocks 99% of junk calls. On my cell phone, I set it for "Do Not Disturb" all the time. That means that only people in my contacts list can call. 100% of others are blocked. Blocked callers can still leave...

    Snow blower input!!

I've got a B3200 with a 63" front blower, so I've got a few more horses than you. I run engine RPM's at about 2500, and my machine doesn't have a choice for PTO gear. Forward speed is dictated by snow depth and consistency.
