    BH77 backhoe attachment on B2910?

Hard to say about overthink. I have been using my Bl4690A backhoe on my B2910 for 18 years, sometime a lot. For example, dug about 300 plus tons (Maybe 400, was a whole summer project on days when the ground was not too wet) of earth with it a couple years ago, to transport with my dump trailer...

    new top link for B2601

I would consider just buying a replacement CAT1 top link from TSC. Not much more expensive than the repair part you pointed to. If the same length was available that is...Which is probably the case.

    ISO vs SAE control pattern

I recently bought a mini ex. Can switch two patterns. I think the SAE is also referred to as the JD pattern. Which I think my Kubota backhoe uses. for me it makes sense to use the SAE pattern, since that is what I am used to. BUT...if I were using it for a living, and even moving from one...

Hope in the distant future someone in my family feels the same way! Just turned 74 this week...😳

    Credit Rating Nonsense

I’ve always lived a debt free life, except for an occasional Car loan which made sense economically. I did borrow via a home equity loan to buy the property next-door, again because it made economic sense as far as federal taxes go. So anyway, I got sick of the home equity loan and decided to...

JeremyBX2200, Looks like your left rear tire is mounted backwards...doubt it makes any practical difference though... :)

Messick's shipping. You've got to be kidding me!!!

What doesn't register for me is that I can buy $35 or so of something from Walmart, Lowes, Amazon and other places and have it delivered for free to my home. Just seems like a 2+2 doesn't equal 4. Perhaps Messicks and other tractor dealers should sign up with someone like Amazon or Walmart...

Spray paint - Kubota vs Rustoleum pics

Wow! GeoHorn, you must be a really good weldor, if paint alone will cover your defects! :ROFLMAO:

    Interesting find on YouTube.

Amazing what people can do when they feel the need! I would have liked to see more of what those four wheels on the power unit were doing. Seems like no need for four of the wheels unless they are all powered.

    Calling all Canadians.

This may be off the wall, but seeing that the Canadian market should be a great opportunity for EA, it would seem like they should make an effort to understand what is involved with shipping their products to Canada, out of self interest, if nothing else. Now maybe they are small enough, or...

    FEL not level

I run the R4s on my B2910 in the 12 to 15 psi range (have not checked them in a couple years). My tires are liquid filled with WW fluid, to valve stem level at 12 o'clock. My gut tells me that there is a difference between a tire that is totally filled with air, and one that only has a 25% air...

    Adding Rear Hydraulics

$1,150 (plus sales tax on top?) for one control function (1 control lever controlling one cylinder) sure would have me considering doing it myself. BUT DIY is not for everyone. Edit: I found that using control valves with built in pilot operated check valves is highly desirable. Locks the...

    Adding Rear Hydraulics

Is a set, one remote function, or two? If two that might not be too bad when paying someone to do the install. Years ago, I installed four remotes on my B2910. Did it myself. Bought the parts and so on. Still cost around $950 at that time(for 4 functions), if I remember correctly. BUT it was a...

Messick's shipping. You've got to be kidding me!!!

Not great if you are in a hurry! So did the cheap replacement work for you? I ordered a replacement fuel cutoff solenoid from somewhere for my BX2200 last summer, at about 1/5 the cost of the Kubota part, and it has performed perfectly for about six months now. BUT it was from a USA address...

    Starting Trouble

Well, each tractor is different...so comparing one to another is shaky... Bottom line is it SEEMS that when the OP removes the solenoid, the tractor starts. I do not remember what he did to stop it afterwards. With the solenoid in place on the injector pump (I think I remember this correctly)...

    130 hour update (B2650)

Glad you are happy with your tractor. I have over 1800 hours on my b2910 and 1200 plus on my smaller BX2200. I share your enthusiasm! Nothing beats a happy tractor's owner's report!

Kubota b6100 left rear wheel wont spin

I think you need to explain more. In neutral, the tractor should not move right? The rear wheels should not want to move right? Do you mean in neutral, you try to move the rear wheel yourself, it seems to be locked and will not rotate? I am not sure I can help anyway, but if you are more...

    Starting Trouble

I don't know obviously, but if the tractor does not start when the solenoid is attached, and does start when the solenoid is removed, I think there is a message there...

Bucket hooks again ... weld on vs bolt on

That is about exactly what I did as well. Totally happy with that set up and absolutely no regrets! I did weld a piece of 1/4 inch angle across the top to stiffen the top lip and give something strong to weld to.
