I don't know what your snow loads are up in PEI but around here in NE VT only the very robust units survive the heavy wet storms or rain on top of existing dry snow. gg

Are you sure that your fluid isn't low and below the window or high and above it ? If you haven't already done it find a steep hill And check it with the front low and/or with the front high. It's very hard to tell what your looking at if the oil level isn't in the window. gg
