Help needed on a decision about rear hydraulics

I realize that the system uses the same pump. The point of being isolated is that you don't have to take apart existing working hydraulic components and add fittings, hoses, or piping. You also don't have to make mounting brackets or other mods. If you add all of the extra work did you save money?

Help needed on a decision about rear hydraulics

The Kubota rear remotes will be the cleanest install. You don't need Kubota to install the hardware. You do however need to talk with your Kubota sales person and have them order the remote hardware as a whole goods kit. Doing it this way saves a lot of money vs going to the parts counter and...

    Help with QH15 and attachments

The QH15 was discontinued some time last year. Your dealer just like mine had stock and are trying to get rid of them. I don't mind the bushing, I just wished the dealer would have better knowledge about what is needed.

    Help with QH15 and attachments

Reach under the deck and rotate one of the blades by hand ( it will turn easy). It might take a couple of tries to get. I had to it the first time I used mine.

Just wondering if you talked to a dealer to see if the entire 3 point arm system is a whole good's kit. Buying it that way is extremely cheaper that buying individual parts.

    Snowblower hitch LX 2940

I have an lx2610 that uses the lx2940 sub frame. Below is a photo of manual front cover it lists the use for both the 26 and 33 models. But it also states for serial number 22000001. The serial number is for the snow blower.

    Snowblower hitch LX 2940

What model tractor do you have? Is it an lx2610? When I looked up the part number you gave, it indicated that a second revised part is available and it fit is based on a serial number. I'm assuming it the tractor serial number.

    Help with QH15 and attachments

I believe they thought it would help with older or odd ball attachments. When I bought mine the salesman wrote the sales agreement with the QH16, but when I went to pick it up, I got the QH15. They told me it would be months before they could get a QH16, so I took what they had. They did throw...

    Help with QH15 and attachments

Below is a link to Messick for the larger bushing. Also you can search Messick with the part numbers I provided in my previous post. I didn't buy any of these items from Messick and you should be able to give the parts numbers to any local tractor dealer or repair shop...

    Help with QH15 and attachments

Your welcome. There's no such thing as a dumb question. It's only dumb not to ask a question. The quick hitch and 3 point standards are so loose that it can be a pain to figure out what you need.

    Help with QH15 and attachments

Yes, the floating top links on both pieces are pinned to together using the pin you are pointing to. The quick hitch floating top link is used for gauge wheel attachments that are self supporting. Meaning the 3 point is just pushing or pulling the attachment. A bush hog however does require the...

    Help with QH15 and attachments

You have the floating link on the mower, but also need a floating link on the quick hitch. See photo below (gold color arms). The land pride part # for quick hitch floating top link is 320-013A. It comes with 2 arms, a long pin, washers, and bushing that is needed to connect the 2 floating link...

    Help with QH15 and attachments

You need a bushing or a set of bushings. To get the outside diameter to a little less than 1-1/2". Your Kubota dealer or farm supply store should have them in-stock. The first pic is a single bushing. The second and third pics are 2 bushing used to get the correct outside diameter for my land...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Peerless chain. Order it from Zoro. Create an account first and wait 5 minutes you will receive a discount code. USA made chain is not cheap. It's a buy once, cry once thing. I would recommend grade 100 then you can use it for anything. The difference between 80 and 100 is really small.

Has anybody used one of these stump grinders?

Compare the user manual from both companies and you will find the only difference is the name on it. These are both made at the same factory in China. The difference will be in the warranty and customer service. Woodland Mills has very good reviews for both. Mechmaxx not so much. If you're handy...

    HYDRO FLUID

The base oil in the Kubota udt2 and the aftermarket brands are the same. This is true for all oils (engine, hydro, gear, .etc) However the additives are not and the additives are what really matter in performance and reduced component wear. The aftermarket oil will most likely work, but at what...

Is a quick hitch worth it when you have adjustable links

What your experiencing is typically. Without the check valves it will leak down. The side link might be binding up the toplink enough so you don't see the bleed down or it's just that the toplink valve doesn't leak down that much. My toplink leaks down. You can add the check valves yourself if...
