    What's cookin' boys?

Have not tried that method yet. Time to research. Home cured and smoked is the way to go. You know she is hooked when she swings by the butcher and grabs a couple bellies just in case.

    What's cookin' boys?

I bought my red one used off a competition cooker. He got a new sponsor and the old had to go. That was back in 2011. The BGE was from my BIL who bought it and said it was too big. Worked out a trade for another of the red ones I found at a close out that had been in the garage unused for...

    What's cookin' boys?

I can do all that a pellet smoker does plus pizza and reverse sear steaks at 700F. Once you get bit by the smoking bug, the antidote is more brisket

Does anyone use a "mobile hotspot" and a Smart Thermostat together?

No it was in August. Battery in UPS is a couple years old and it is a small home office unit. I had it for my computer, router and other stuff. Would give me at least 1.5hrs when new. Non issue these days with whole house generator. Just has to last the 10 seconds between drop and generator...

    Tire ballast choices

I have CaCl in my B1700 in tubes. Prior owner was in WVA and needed the added stability. Love to get it out since I don’t need it. I did washer fluid in the rears on my B3200 in tubes. No issues with freezing yet. Would have liked to do Rimguard but at the time I had to do an authorized...

Does anyone use a "mobile hotspot" and a Smart Thermostat together?

Most of consumer based UPS have a 12v sealed lead acid battery. Depending on your draw, age of the battery, ambient temperature you may get a couple hours out of it. I have one of the APC units that powers only my Starlink. The last time we lost power, it lasted just over an hour. If it is...

    Click click click

I did throw a volt meter on it when running and I had 14.3V at 1200 rpm. I don’t have a battery charger, just the battery tender. Didn’t think to check the belt. Will do that after dinner.
