You might also want to check for potential rodent damage to the wires.

    Backhoe on TLB48

What I have done is park the hydraulic cylinders in the position where the rod is fully retracted into the cylinder. That way you have displaced as much oil as possible back into the reservoir/transmission case and now do your fluid change. You can do this with your front end loader as well. The...

    Repairing one cylinder?

You can just repair one cylinder, but it is generally advisable to do the rest while you are in there since there is a fair bit of labor involved in accessing the internals of the engine. Up to you..

    Backhoe control bracket cracked into

Thanks for letting us know! The next indicator is the boom. I believe the BH90 has a straight boom and the BH92 has a curved one. I have the BH92 so I will be checking mine to see if I have the same problem developing. Thanks again!!

    MX6000 noise after warm.

Umm.. I am trying to understand this. Perhaps you could explain how turning off an injector would help to warm up an engine? Also I think you would definitely notice if an injector turned off at idle on a 4 cylinder engine. Wouldn't it be running really rough..? Always trying to learn!

    Gf1800 crank no start

Unless you are very familiar with injection pumps I would not suggest taking it apart, rather remove it and bring it to a good injection pump shop. But before you do that, get the cheap stuff out of the way. This is what I would do first. Make sure you have good, clean, fresh diesel fuel...

    Gf1800 crank no start

There should not be any bubbles coming out at the injector lines. Might indicate trouble with the injection pump. I'm assuming you loosened the injector lines at the injectors and did not remove the injectors..? How long did you crank the engine and see bubbles? Do all the injector lines have...

2019 MX5800 HST PTO not engaging

I believe the shop manuals have wiring diagrams in them, or at least they used to. You could ask the dealer to confirm that.

2019 MX5800 HST PTO not engaging

Yeah, unfortunately I get a little lost with these new tractors that have computers in them. Only other thing I can think of is if there is a relay that might not be working or has bad contacts. Sorry I can't be of more help.

2019 MX5800 HST PTO not engaging

I would suspect one of the safety switches is suspect. Did you have pressure on the seat when you checked for power at the pto solenoid?

    Leak at cylinder fitting

Personally I would remove the rod as well just to be on the safe side. Not sure what the flash point of the hydraulic fluid is but if you were reach it, it would be quite something. Again, just my 2 cents.

    Hydrolic problems on KX71-3

My guess is that maybe some water got into electronics for the controls..? You say it started after you washed the machine.

    Leak at cylinder fitting

I believe that port is at the closed end of the cylinder. As long as the rod is in the extended position there shouldn't be any seals in that area. My concern would be taking a torch to a closed cylinder that had oil in it. Just my 2 cents.

    BX22 BT600 boom cylinder

Judging from pictures on the internet it looks like the rod end attaches to the frame of the backhoe and the cylinder end is inside the tube.

Some pictures would definitely help us to see the issue and find some solutions.

    l4610 trans/hydraulic fluid leak troubleshoot

Yeah, I agree. That little window is pitiful!! And the bubble that gets trapped in there doesn't help either. What I have done is used a dipstick from another machine and put it down the fill opening at the top of the 3 point hitch case. I believe your fill location is the same or similar to...

    L3302 Seat Switch fix help

Is the switch built into the seat or is it separate? Perhaps you can take a picture of it and post. Maybe there is a way to make a spacer so it doesn't trip as easily?
