I was planning on just buying a whole new shaft. I was just hoping I could get one without paying the dealer upcharge? I'm not really sure If I can just order the 1/2 of the shaft but this way, I have a few spare parts... maybe.

You can see the hairline crack (rockshaft section?) in the case under the right upper arm. I'm not an investigative expert but it looks like someone took a hard turn with an implement on the back and hit an immovable object with it.
