    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

Jaxs, your perspective is highly appreciated. Every coin has at least two sides for sure. In my case, the improvement I expect is possible improvement in my life expectancy. After tipping my B2910 on its side once about 12 years ago, while doing something where I didn’t think that could happen...

    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

This is true, but with my B2910 the wheels are hub centric, so there’s another piece of the puzzle. The spacers must have an indention on the back side, that slips over the hub pilot, and an extension that sticks out and passes through the center of the wheel and fits properly. I suppose if...

    BX24 overflow tank boiling 🔥

I use a vacuum cleaner from the operators side to suck the stuff that somehow finds its way to the radiator. If you do use air to blow the radiator out, you might want to blow from the engine side, opposite to the way air normally flows through the radiator… You probably already thought about this…

    Trailer or drive it.

Lot’s of advice here. All as good as the others. Make your decision and report back with your success. Chances are whatever you decide will work out fine. If not, half will get to say : “ I told you so!” That’s life….

    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

Thank you for that. I remembered the Bora name but didn’t have success trying to find the other name that I remembered being out there. Turns out I found it this morning: Bro-Tech. Looks like they both are easily installed. The Bro-Tec spacers are supplied with different bolts that must be...

    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

Yes, the B7800 is the same tractor as the B2910 without some deluxe features from what I understand. They share the same workshop manual.

    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

PS…After tipping my B2910 on its side once about 12 years ago, in a situation where I never thought that would happen or even be possible, my pucker factor on the B2910 grew exponentially!

    Wheel Spacers…need source advice

Hi Guys, I’d very much like to buy cheap wheel spacers off of eBay like I did for my BX 2200, but I don’t think that’s easily done, if even possible. This is for my B2910. I remember there were two American made products available. One I think bolted directly on, and the other one if I...

    Things you'd never seen

I have great difficulty understanding how an arc fault breaker that feeds the bedroom helps protect a person from a fire that starts in another part of the house that doesn’t have arc fault breaker protection. I think the authorities that make the decisions would probably save more lives if...

Looking for suggestions - prefab rops lighting kits

I truly appreciate your advice. It’s difficult to dispute the sayings of a Wiseman. However, I think I’ll continue my present lifestyle. It has carried me into my fourth quarter-century. And my HDL cholesterol is 50% higher than my LDL. Plus the total is under 200. So I think I’m doing OK and...

Wise words for sure. I have found the same thing to be true. Only exception is that it does not seem to hold true when lifting a beer glass...guess there still may be some hope...

    No start on my bx22

The only thing I can think to ask, which may be asked by somebody that knows something, is when you removed and replaced the injector feed lines at the pump, did you hold the base with a wrench so that it did not rotate when the nut holding the injector feed tube was loosened? I think this is a...

    No start on my bx22

I’m not familiar with the specifics of removal and replacement of injector pumps, but I’ve read that you have to be very careful when you loosen something connected to the injector pump. Otherwise you can mess up the timing. I believe this is the ends of the tubing from the injectors, where they...

    No start on my bx22

Sounds like you are not getting voltage to the hold coil on the fuel cut off solenoid. The solenoid has two windings, a start winding and a hold (run) winding. If the run winding is not receiving voltage, then the engine will start, but stop running as soon as you release the key from the start...

Loader raising slow all of a sudden

I am not sure I know the answer. BUT I think, that tractor uses what Kubota calls a quarter inching valve. That means if you move the handle quickly, and return it to center, the 3PH moves a bit, maybe a quarter inch, don't know. That is the way the 3PH works on my BX, and I THINK it is the way...

Loader raising slow all of a sudden

Dan, I believe the OP's tractor does not have position control, so the 3PH lever normally is in the center position, and moved off center to lower or raise the 3PH. Are you saying that the 3PH lever should be held off center, in the down position, when running the test? I would not have...
