    BX Add-A-Grapple

Just a quick shot of Small (27") Add-A-Grapple on my BX2380. Wow, yes there will be a learning curve! But will assist in taking care of task around place. A lot easier moving brush pile then log (firewood branches) or a little better arranged.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Finally got around to mounting toolbox to ROPE. Used 5/16th Insert=a-threads in existing holes. Won't open pass 90 if displaying caution triangle. Almost got close to Kubota gray... close enough. Red balls are for Jeep when pulling into shop.

Thoughts on 42" Maletti flail mower

I also had a hard time researching about Maletti mowers, I ran across larger ones. most of the ones I saw on google were 5 foot and larger. I found parts that worked on them. The consumables seem to be going up in price with their popularity. Lifting a under 4-foot mower (manual suggest 42...

    Started Assembling Carry All

Started assembling my carry all project a couple days ago, using the Yintatech 3 point pallet forks as a building platform. Here I have a 48x48 deck with 22inch high back board,, I may go up another 2x8. I do plan on adding a couple handled tool holders and lets not forget a chain saw Scabbard...

Thoughts on 42" Maletti flail mower

Looking at older 42 inch mower with PTO shaft, What I can tell from poor photo, grass blades need replacing (fairly beat up and bent. Their held in by cotter pins not bolted like I've seen others. rotor appears straight along with rear roller. Seller is asking 900.00, blue fading in color, with...

    Reenforcing bucket cutting edge

?, if your referring to me saying takes "5/16 Allen tool". Which is used to hold bolt in place while torquing nut in place with blue lock tight, just because it was there. It's a blank hole that I put the bolts through. Kubota hardware kit for lip install kit (carriage bolts and nylock nuts)...

    Reenforcing bucket cutting edge

Thanks, Kubota's bolt on bucket lip is pretty good and the stock edge is fairly durable and hold up. My older B5100DX lip held up well. The only reason I installed was because it fit better on my BX then holding the wall up :)

    Reenforcing bucket cutting edge

Back in December 2022 right after I purchased my BX2380 I purchased a six foot bucket cutting edge. My plan was to shorten and drill and counter sink Machine Allen head bolts with serrated locking flange nuts. Well, I finally finished it up after having extra flange nuts after completing wheel...

    Wheel weight attachment points

Decided to keep JD wheel weights, with a little color not bad at all. My choices were orange or a close Kubota gray. used 1/2 ready rod, oops all thread for you younger folks :) Tacked serrated flange nut on one end for inside of wheel and locked down with another flange nut on outside, four...

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

I've been closed minded or just stubborn on left side mount. Thanks, need to get out a piece of measuring string :). with the hoses in this configuration, there were times that they came in contact with QH while using rake and placing it.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

Thought I'd share, tighty up manifold and wiring. I also shared with Summit about excess Hydraulic line on BX2380 with pictures. You can't always fix long lines by looping them. In the Bx's case, long but not enough to loop. Quick hitch is out for now.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

I learned my lesson years ago also, when glancing a engine manual and miss took inches for pounds and broke an piston oiler on a performance motor I was building, which cost me a week. Thanks for link, it gave me an idea to check AZ auto parts, they have free tool rental. Not doing projects that...

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

I changed one on the bench before mounting manifold, but thought I'd wait until after mounting system on Ropes. Not sure if it will clear coupler, I'll give it a try. I was thinking just one end. It would all depend how my wire placement goes. Did you ever fine a torque wrench to read 2 ft...

    BX adding Hydraulic

Well I'm on the last f of installing 3rd function on BX2380 with rear remote. Looks like I'm going to tape into the systems optional 3rd function fuse position. Hopefully they already have it wire, I'll just need to trace over to where the factory taps into it for their 3rd function unite. I...

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

Nice write up. just completed running my BX2380 and making sure no leaks per instruction after mounting rocker switch. I also have narrow ROPES but in my case, I just ran a die over supplied bolt. Thank goodness they attach a PDF file. There was a few other questionable order of operation, but...
