    L2501 Modifications

If you aren't making egt you aren't making boost. You need fuel still. Mine is a 4 cyl but there is the fuel rack on mine, which is under the furthest injector to the right, the shiny brass looking screw and nut facing right at you. That's my rack adjustment. The one that is still capped that is...

    L2501 Modifications

My sensor is in the exhaust manifold collector right before the turbo, but I think we are saying the same thing as far as keeping the temps reasonable. I have a guage with boost and egt right in front of me when I am boosting I look at it. Heavy load for me is running a 6 foot finish mower in...

    L2501 Modifications

Assuming you are actually adjusting the fuel rack and not the idle, you just adjust it until it makes boost and smokes when you outrun the turbine capacity. I turned mine up until it started to get egts in 1200 and then turned it back down so it doesn't really go over 1100 in normal use. That's...

What's the PTO rating on that from factory? How much did they charge to test it? I am very curious as to what mine is pulling. Thanks for sharing this.

    Beginning to troubleshoot starting problems

In other news.... 1. charge the battery and verify that it's charged with your meter 2. safety switches. You will need to locate them, get the obvious twigs and dirt out of the way of them properly working. I don't have your tractor but there will be one at the seat, one that makes sure the PTO...

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

Thanks for the advice and link to myteeproducts. I did my studying and have 4 chains and ratchet binders for the tractor and tire lasso/basket strap and ratchet setups for cars heading my way. What are you guys running for winches if you have them?

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

I picked up a nice PJ 20' tilt trailer. I will use it to haul cars and for my b2910 occasionally. I have absolutely no idea what hardware, straps, chains and rigging is required for hauling anything. I have 4 ratchet straps that I have used in the past to secure loads in back of truck. For...

hoses on fuel filter location for a B7800,b2910,b2710

Yes. Fuel in on the left, out to the mechanical pump and injection pump on the right, vent to the top. Pic is not the greatest but zoom in.

    L2501 Modifications

If you have any questions as you go i might have some insight. It's not that hard at all if you can get a drain line figured out without pulling your whole rig apart.

    L2501 Modifications

Not a 2501 but I turbo'd my b2910 over the winter of 2020. It has about 100 hours with the turbo without any issues. Hat tip to Greenacresnorth who provided some guidance along the way while I was building and tuning. I found a junked out Jacobs golf course mower with a 1505T and snagged most...

big stawb stuck in my rear tire, what to do?

Thanks guys! I drained off the fluid to a big trash can and took the wheel/tire to my local tire shop. They patched it from the inside and were super cool about it. Got it back and put the fluid back in and so far it's been fine. I am glad I don't have a "big" tractor :)

big stawb stuck in my rear tire, what to do?

I done it this time. I got a giant 1/2" sticker or wood chunk stuck in my rear filled tire. What do you guys do to fix a hole this big? I have had holes before and just put a plug in them. I don't think a plug will work on this but who knows? Do I put a tube in or is it time to get a new tire...

V1505T injector pump adjustment screw? (update)

yeah that's your blow it up screw. If it runs good and builds some boost you probably don't want to mess with it. If you need more power you can add fuel which will add boost. Very reliable if you set it stock.

V1505T injector pump adjustment screw? (update)

Sounds like you got this all figured out already but item C in your picture adjusts the idle speed. Directly to the left of that below the fuel pipes is another screw with a protecting sleeve on it. That is the max fuel screw/smoke screw.

    Kubota B7500 wont start

You will also need the adaptors as none of the HF fittings will fit anything that doesn't say ford or chevy and even that is debatable. It took me forever and searching here to find the glow plug adaptor and then to also find the paintball air gun adaptor. Even the injector adaptors from HF...

v-1305 E Kubota Engine wont start

How did it get out of time? You are getting fuel, you checked your glowplugs are getting voltage, did you pull the glow plugs and bench test that they are working? If that's all good you need to compression test
