    Kubota oil

I would agree with lmicheal. Oil is 1 of the cheapest types of maintenance and one of the most important. When you mix brands and/or weights you are mixing and changing the additives that make it that “type” of oil. I would just bite the bullet and buy enough of one kind.

Great call on the axle hub clamps. the right side was loose. I know I torqued them when I moved the hubs out. I tightened both sides and all is good. Thank you for the advice.

Strange popping sound in right rear

Thank you for the fine dust idea. I was waiting for a little help to remove the wheel weights and check all of bolts. I am hoping that it’s something loose on the outside. Thanks again.

    Turf?

The parts manual on line shows 2 different part numbers. Of course it is online so it has to be true. I have a B7510 Turf special and it shows 2 different wheels. Besides the R-4 wheels have the valve stem protector and the turf wheels do not. That makes them different ......just saying.

    Turf?

I have a B7510 turf special and I swapped ag tires on to my turf rims with no regrets so far. I have a FEL. and a box blade and it pulls and loads 2 or 3 times better than the turfs. I measured the tires for comparison and they matched. I to looked into buying wheel tire combinations so I could...

    Water in hydraulics.

One other question. I read in the manual that if the tractor is used in wet conditions like rain or snow that you need to drain the water from clutch housing. Well I found what I thought was the correct drain plug and what came out was Hydraulic fluid. Has anyone ever drained their clutch...

    Water in hydraulics.

Wow... Great stuff Yes the tractor had been sitting for over a year. Believe it or not most of the water was in the filters. The fluid looked normal other than the water. Now I never ran it before all of the fluid changes. I have about 12 hours on it since the fluid changes, so far so good...

    Water in hydraulics.

I recently made an offer on a B7510HST turf special not in running condition. Well.... I looked over or I thought I did. We came to an agreement on price and here comes my dilemma. While hooking it up to the trailer I noticed the cap was missing where you add hydraulic oil. The one right behind...

    load tires or not

I am a new compact tractor owner. I just purchased a B7510 w/ loader. I like the discussion here. Both seem to have there advantages. It takes me back to my sprint car days, when we talked about suspended weight versus non suspended weight. Rolling weight versus chassis weight. I like the...
