I remember a snowstorm around 1957 that dropped so much snow on where we lived that they had to bring in a bulldozer to push the snow out of the way since the plows couldn't get enough traction to go up the hill. If I remember correctly the bulldozer came down the hill after going through a yard at the top since it was a dead-end street.

Yowza..........that one is a monster!
I guess this isn't enough snow to warrant one of those.

Pretty sure the Wifey is gonna say NO........!

All four of our vehicles are 4wd and we've never had any trouble getting the 15 miles into town (if needed). Ice storms are a different story. How are snow plows on ice?

Dumb question. What is the blue thing on the back?
Basically, it's an overgrown back blade. It's got 8 blades that cut snow and ice down to smooth surface and warms up the cut snow and at rear is pan that flattens it out. I'll post up some before and after pic's once we start grooming after Deer season.

He is grooming trails for snowmobiles. Snowmobiles will cause a trail to get rutted and moguls will form quickly, a heavily used trail made need to be groomed several times per day.
