BX top link

Greetings gents. I recently picked up a new BX 1880. To supplement my L2501 and will use it primarily as a mower. I decided to try my GS0560 lane plane on it. The top link is almost seized on the jam nut side. I was able to extent the tractor side enough to get on the implement so I could use the pry tab to break it loose but was flexing the tab. Next step is to clamp it in a wise and manhandle it but wanted to see if there was any advice first. Maybe there is a factory set screw or grease port I’ve missed. The other side is smooth as can be. Nope nothing should stop it from turning. Vise and turn it out and clean up the threads.

If it is new new get a different top link from dealer or have them repair it under warranty

Else use some PB Blaster or Kroil or Deep Creep or similar penetrating oil and get it loose
