I am looking for a barrel handler, all three standard diameters/heights 22.5", 18.25", 14" diameter. This is for a BX. This is home/light farm so don't need hydraulic anything. Your experience/best thoughts. Thank you!

vertical or horizontal ? on concrete or gravel ? short or long hauls ?
I made some 'donut' adapters to move small diameter barrels with a normal(PA) dolly..so 'one size fits all'.
Also modified a 2 wheel dolly to haul them, best to have 'flatfree' tires though !

Hello Challer61,

I used to work in the materials handling industry. Fork mounted drum handlers are common items. Adjustable units are available for 30/50 gal barrels. Maybe this link will get you started.

Thank you. Saw the Goodwin and that is my leaning. Want to also get the smaller diameters as well. I will also be getting those dollies. While I've used Rachel straps for many things likely beyond their design limits, a dropped drum can be very bad (ask me how I know). It will mostly be lube, fuel and well, 223/308.

If you go to the LK Goodwin home page and look at Drum Handling - All types you will find more ideas. Try using this link for even more ideas.

Good luck with it. Please let us know how you do.
