Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

Ok, I will make it myself easy and order the hoses to do the test. I want to continue investigating this problem and I don't have any other ideas. The main control valve is relatively easy to access compared to the rotary joint. I will post the results as soon as I get the hoses and executed the...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I checked in the part diagrams and the left travel section and the right travel section are not completely the same. Because I had the idea to take the control valve apart and swap the sections, to maybe proof the left travel section is really broken. Switching the hoses of left and right...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I noticed the auxiliary spool is different, it sits right next to the left travel valve, and it is powered by the same pump, so I think that shows the pump is capable, I don't know if it means anything for the main control valve. I have tested taking out the spools of both travel sections and...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I did swap the main relief valve, A2 with A1 on the picture, with no result. I have 3 pressure check points, each for a pomp I believe, and I measure around 180-190 bar on all of them, also when using only the left travel. So when I bypass from LH travel to the travel motor it does not work...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I have a KX41-2V European version. I only have the circuit diagram for KX41-2. I run hoses from the main control valve directly to the motor. I will include a picture. I did a test where I disconnected the lever, and I manually pressed the spool (where the spring is). This didn't make a...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

The left track of my excavator (Kubota KX41-2V) does not have enough power to make a turn. I replaced the left final drive but that didn't solve the problem. So I connected an extra set of hoses directly from the control valve left travel section to the drive motor, but no difference. The...

    Confused by Engine Serial Number

I thought let's keep it simple and just go with what the dealer suggest, unfortunately both the gasket and thermostat are wrong, the ones I have are a little bigger then provided. I think I have the one with the indents. The part numbers I got are 16264-73270 and 15531-73014.

    Confused by Engine Serial Number

@North Idaho Wolfman: That software looks very nice. What is it? The IC column shows NL, would that mean Netherlands? I am still puzzeled by which serial number now to use. The image shows numbers with 6 digits, 5 digits, and one starting with 2 letters and then 4 digits. So what to compare...

    Confused by Engine Serial Number

Where can I find the tractor serial number? Or is that the same as a VIN number? The VIN is: B2100HD80829

    Confused by Engine Serial Number

My tractor is B2100HD. The dealer and me are both in the Netherlands. The gasket was an example, I also need the thermostat itself. I used the gasket because I know both numbers, and the real question is how to read these part catalogs so I can understand them better myself.

    Confused by Engine Serial Number

Hello, I am confused ordering parts from my kubota dealer. I got this information: 16264-73270 >=10001 16221-73270 >=110327 So use part code 16264-73270 when Engine Serial number is >=10001 and use part code 16221-73270 when engine serial number is >=110327. I believe my Engine Serial...

    Stiff 'gas' pedal

Yeah it is a B2100 hydrostatic, the pedal actually already does not always center to the neutral position. So making the springs any weaker might not be smart in my case. Thanks for the reply tho!

    Stiff 'gas' pedal

The pedal to go forward and backward on my B2100 is very stiff. I need to press it quite hard to go forward and backward. Especially backward is difficult because of the way you need to operate it. Is there any way to make it go smoother? I changed all the hydraulic oil with new original Kubota...

    B2100 belly mower compatibility

I am on the lookout for a belly mower for my B2100. Are there any other belly mowers compatible besides the RC54-24B and RC60-24B? I am capable of making adjustments if needed. For example currently there is a RC60-B for sale. Would that fit?
