Installed 1.5" spacers on my BX2380 with a 60"MMM. A slight increase in stability. Would agree on the <10% number. Its better, not great. I have 1" between the deck and the rear wheels.

Mowing deck service. Deck is a rCK60D-26BX. Manual says to use 90w gear oil, which no local parts store carries. Is it ok to use the Kubota 80w90 gear oil as a replacement? Thank you.

That was the first upgrade that did for my BX. Lots of turns while mowing, so it comes in handy.

My BX front tires leaked from day one. Common for the BX. Used the sealant from Kubota. No issues in 5 years.

Is the PTO shaft lined-up with the input box? On mine, I need to raise the deck a little to line everything up. Otherwise, the shaft will not go into the gear box block.

Are you talking about “ float”? The design for the deck is to move up and down during mowing to allow for ground height changes. That along with the scalp wheel adjustment. For mine, I adjusted the deck to level on both sides and call it good. My lawn is not level and the adjusted scalp wheels...
