What are you planning on filling it with? Have you thought of incorporating a trailer hitch? A way to hold shovels/rakes? Chains or tools?

I think rear tire diameter (and load rating) makes the biggest difference in "ride comfort" ... Then wheel base ... Wider width also helps some with the side to side jostling ... I didn't notice any difference in ride quality/comfort when I switched from 4 ply fronts to 8 ply ... Both R4's.
