I confirmed the loader and 3pt both also cause foaming. It's just not as easy to see as the hst pedal. But full on valve openings do it. I traced the suction lines from the tank to the pump and also thru to the other side around the HST filter. I don't see any sign of oil/oozing.

I decided to snug up the hydraulic filter a bit more. It was tighter than i put it on in December (contact plus 2/3 as per instruction) The shop gorilla must have had a go at it. I tensioned it correctly again but maybe the seal was damaged.
