Interesting. My manual does not reference a time interval based off the calendar. Hours only. Same goes for the engine, every 400 hours. I’m changing engine oil and filter right now at 200 hours (3 years) Sending a sample in to have analyzed.

On my L3901 I change both hydraulic filters every 200 hours. Change fluid every 400 hours. I noticed a bit of sludge on the magnetic inside the one filter. seem normal?

Correct Also, With the tractor running the 3 point will oscillate (move up/down about an inch) Rapidly with flow control valve open. It will calm down as you close the flow control valve.

I did this test and 3 point stays up with the flow control valve closed (in all the way in) and the tractor off. Could air in the system cause the issue? I recently had a line off.
