    Meaning of "A/AC type"

Not to necro, but I just thought I would add in case this turns up in searches. From my research for my M7500DT-A-L: A = Either USA or Auxiliary fuel tank (Mine had the plumbing for the tank, but the tank had been removed. I ended up removing the plumbing as it was leaking) C = Possibly means...

    Help Identifying valves

Yep! I got the hoses to get the 3rd spool to the loader arm, but I have not got it any further than that yet. The next stage is to get some hard lines run to near the bucket and replace the hoses that were used to replace the original hard lines in places. So far it is nice having the stick, and...

    Help Identifying valves

Correct. I plugged the tank outlet that was connected to the line that goes to the tank. I left the power beyond hose connected to the N port that was missing the sleeve adapter. So both explanations are technically correct. Which is the best kind of correct.

    Help Identifying valves

It is a new standalone valve similar to JohnDB's. Without the power beyond adapter the return to tank and PBO just get mixed together. If you plug the tank the side of the cylinder that is releasing fluid just gets forced through to the next valve in the system. If you have a single acting...

    Help Identifying valves

Here to report that I ordered the valve, received it, and installed it this week. They forgot to send the power beyond adapter, so for now I have the tank return plugged. (I have double acting cylinders, so it is working ok, just a little slow maybe) They said they would send the part to me...

Possibly dumb question about remote quick disconnects...

Sounds like it is time to find an analysis lab to do some tests!

Possibly dumb question about remote quick disconnects...

Don't burn me at the stake or anything, but I have actually been using this: https://www.runnings.com/harvest-king-premium-tractor-trans-hydraulic-fluid-for-john-deere-5-gallon-ha23jd5p.html As it meets the UDT/Super UDT spec and I can get it easily where I am. I would need to verify what his JD...

Possibly dumb question about remote quick disconnects...

I am getting ready to put a proper loader valve on my M7500DT and will be converting the original valves back to being rear remotes. My question is: What is normal for the quick disconnects? I don't have any implements yet that use a hydraulic remote, and I don't know what is normal. I have a...

    M7500DT PTO clutch won't disengage

Unfortunately the PTO clutch lever is fully gone, there is just the lever that comes out of the body of the tractor and the hinged nut that the threaded rod that connects to the lever that the operator pulls on. In my test I had the implement running and tried using the clutch to disengage it. I...

    M7500DT PTO clutch won't disengage

The missing handle would go to the left of the gear shift. From what I have gathered you are supposed to be able to pull that to disengage the clutch, then engage the lever under the seat to engage the PTO (the one under the seat has 3 positions, main clutch power, neutral, or engine powered)...

    M7500DT PTO clutch won't disengage

When I bought the tractor the PTO clutch lever was missing and the PO said it was missing when he got it. He said he just didn't want to spend the money so he just dropped the RPM and engaged it directly. I am getting around to fixing it now, but I don't think it would work even with the upper...

    Hydraulic Identification Help?

The place I got that quote for was a local hydraulic shop, their fitting assortment was quite impressive too! I forgot about auto parts stores. I was thinking somewhere like https://www.discounthydraulichose.com/ for the flex hoses, it is just the hard lines that seem difficult. Thanks for those...

    Hydraulic Identification Help?

They charge $115 an hour. The tube is about $30 haha. I was looking at buying a tool and tube, but I cant find a local supplier that will sell me the line, and I would still need a bender and flare tool. I still would have done it myself, but I cant find a tool at a decent price that will do...

    Hydraulic Identification Help?

Lucky! I don't have a full picture right now, but these are my valves. You get full pedals AND you don't get stabbed in the thigh by threaded rod! I want to set mine up similar to yours or just put stubbies on it once I go to a joystick.

    Hydraulic Identification Help?

I got one of the tees off of the loader and brought it in to a local hydraulic shop. They confirmed it was a JIC #10 (5/8" 37* JIC fitting). When I was pulling it off I realized I am only missing line 7 and 10. For now I am just going to get line 7 replaced (Sounds like it will be about $200 to...
