Is it true all Americans want higher gas prices?

Maybe if the new pipe lines weren't blocked we wouldn't be forced to use 70 year old pipe lines. It's like they want the oil pipe line to fail.

New to site - not sure if this site includes Kubota ATV's but..............................

Looks like an industrial equipment panel light or switch retainer nut.

    Add turbo

I put a turbo and intercooler on my IDI non turbo diesel suburban, about 2013. No regrets, still runs great. There appears to be no injection timing difference on idi boosted vs N/a idi diesel engines. N/A and boosted diesel engines normally use the same cams on the ones I have looked at and I...

    Turbo

There's plenty of pictures of it over on my "add turbo" post in fabrication. And post number 2 on here has a permalink to my project.

    Turbo

I added the rhb31 turbo with a big intercooler on my L185DT, the ancient kubota with a 700cc engine. I think it was definitely worth it. It's hit high enough boost to open the wastegate (between 7 and 10psi) The rhb31 has been used on engines as small as 200cc gas and diesels, still makes boost...

    Add turbo

It appears that a even a 200cc single cylinder diesel can spool a rhb31 turbo a little bit.

How to 3D print Switch Panel

That's pretty cool. Being able to fit inside of , go around any obstacles and arrange the switches any what way you could want is sweet.

    Add turbo

Next turbo related mod will be to stick a 7 inch fan on top of the intercooler. I'm not getting much air circulation with convection.

L185 and 10si and 12si alternator upgrade wired correctly.

Well that alternator finally died. My guess is brushes or voltage regulator, or it got rained on 1 roo many times. I'll stick my 10si of shame on there, while I figure out the 12si. The 10si it was my spare alternator for years, probably had it since the late 1990s. You can test everything but...

    Ran out of Fuel

I always worked on 3cyl 900cc kubota generators that had ran out of fuel. After you prime the filters crack all the injectors and just crank it and shoot fuel all over the place. Tighten them down and it will fire right up.

    Alternator upgrade kit ?????

You get so much more power from something like a gm 12si. The kubota can't spin the 12si to full speed using a stock gm alternator pulley. But you still get plenty of power to run lights and stuff.

    Add turbo

I have surprisingly little blow by. Here at 4,400 feet up I'm lacking about 12% of the air they have at sea level. So I at least have that back now. Also increasing compression does increase peak horsepower, it's only a few percent per full number increase in compression.

    Add turbo

I definitely have way more power and I'm not rolling coal. Or if I do roll coal it's light and only when the turbo is getting spun up. With my roughly 48 inch brush shredder the L185 was definitely under powered, with the turbo I don't find the L185 lacking power at all.

    Alternator upgrade kit ?????

Oh you have one of those long thin generators? Well that's different. Just have to make it fit. I thought the L200 clone might be like my L185 as external regular alternators were in common use in the late 1960s.

    Alternator upgrade kit ?????

Just stick a gm 12si on there like I did with my L185. If the L200 alternator setup is like the L185 then you have an external regular setup. Once you rip out the alt and the regulator wiring you are left with 3 wires, a slightly thicker like 14 or 16 gauge battery charge wire, a 12v on signal...
