B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

Thanks Russell! I will take a look of the unions. I saw over the end of the "tube" inside the block there are threads. I will try to get you a picture. Maybe I will try to remove the broken piece of the tube first when I can get to it.

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

Thanks for teh suggestion Russell! What union you are talkign about? Will it fit the small pipe? I am still thinking of a way to make the connection. The broken pipe is threaded into the block.

Yes, I figure that out. So it makes the connection a bit tricky. Thanks!

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

Hi kubotafreak, Unless it's complete, it looks like requires some welding anyway. Which does not seem to help in my case? In my case, the pipe appears to thread into the block. I will see if I can find a complete set first, or find a way to connect the existing one. Thanks a lot for your offer...

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

Worked on it over the weekend. There is no way to straighten it on the tractor. Removed it, straightened the bracket. Put it back on and tried to move the short pipe back to the pump location. It broken off, as expected :-). And it's short by about half an inch to reach the pump connection now...

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

Thanks everybody! Didn't expect to receive so many replies and so quick. A lot of knowlegeable experts here! Yes, the loader is powered by a separate pump at the front, as torch said. I believe now I have a good understanding. I will straighten it, remove and see what can be done to fix it. Is...

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

If the pipie and box is thick enough steel, I maybe able to striaghten and weld the crack I guess. If it's thin metal I may have to get the replacement part.

B6000, can anyone help me identify this part?

I have the pipe connecting to this part broken. It appears to be some hydaulic oil filter? But I can't find or identify the part in the parts manual. Hope somebody can help me identify it? The first picture is from the service manual, identifying where the part is located: on the right hand...

B3645 flail mower : what belt / blades?

    Nobody has this same model?

B3645 flail mower : what belt / blades?

Yes, good advice. I think they have to be balanced for every four? This model has the y-shaped light duty blades, with about 1/8" of thickness. I can probably weigh them and keep the balance. I have not taken any pictures (it's still inside my van). But it looks the same as in these...

B3645 flail mower : what belt / blades?

Just purchased this 50" flail mower for my b6000. It needs some work to get back to life. Hope someone here can give me a hand: 1) What's the belt part number or length? The previous owner has no idea what the size is. I guess I could figure it out by trial and error but hope someone knows this...

B6000 and brush hog owners: where to get overrunning clutch?

Thanks Wolfman! Absolutely no apology needed. You are trying to help. I got in the same trap earlier. Bucktail, when you turn around the bolt nut, the direction would change if you grab the bolt on the other side of the nut. But in the case of an overrunning clutch, there is no way to do that...

B6000 and brush hog owners: where to get overrunning clutch?

Wolfman, Really appreciated your help. That was exactly I was thinking for a long while. Think about it this way: you have a bolt and nut, right tight and lefty loosy. Now you turn that bolt and nut around, it's still right tight and lefty loosy :-).

B6000 and brush hog owners: where to get overrunning clutch?

Wolfman, Already got the adapter to 1 3/8 6-spline. As to placement of overrun clutch on the implement end, I thought about the same thing earlier, for a very long while. But I was finally enlightened at the end: it's lefty loosy doesn't matter which way you place it. So it won't work :-).

B6000 and brush hog owners: where to get overrunning clutch?

To SidecarFlip: That really helps. Will track them down. Appreciated!! PS: thought you were referring to reverse direction overrunning clutches. But still very appreciated. I looked at the option of modifying an overrunning clutch already. The outer shell is directional in addition to the...
