And now all my implements (snowblower, flail mower, etc) are sized for LX width, so won't be trading in for wider chasis. But it has worked great. There have been a few times I wished I had more FEL lift capacity but all in all I have loved it.

As for cold weather lx3310 -- with the block heater plugged in I have started without a problem -10F several times. As for maintaining temps - when that cold and running snowblower at 2500rpm temp stays middle. If running more like 2000 rpm for other stuff, I use the magnet grill covers that...

While my LX3310 seems to top out at 2400 rpm, this doc suggests it is designed to run up to 3000 rpm. Is this just artificially down tuned to fit a hp target (33hp in this case) in the product line up? Is there any good way to tap some of this "hidden" power?
