It turns out one of the fuses was blown. Thanks for the help. I found a wire to the safety switches had the insulation worn off and repaired it. Hopefully it solved the issue.

I have a B7510 HSD that will not crank. The lights on the dash comes on but the engine will not crank. I crossed over the two terminals on the starter and the starter runs but will not engage. I bypassed the two safety switches under the seat. I made sure the lift leaver is centered, the PTO is...
