    Yes, L2900. Key was on a floating key ring like for an outboard motor. Also with a key to the shed. Must have been swept away during a flood. Fortunately the big orange thing was on higher ground than the shed. Thanks for your help 85Hokie.

    There could have been a short answer to your question NI Wolfman, but I started troubleshooting at the dumb end and worked forward to the throttle control plate. I feel the sticking at the TCP. Tx
