That's affirmative. I think the smallest option in a zero tail with both heat and AC is the U-35. I ran a KX-033 for a couple of years. Decent digging power for utility work. Cab is measurably bigger than my U-27.

Agreed. I had a PA state inspection license for many years. I've never heard that you couldn't take required repairs elsewhere (or fix it yourself). Yes, you'd be on the hook for the re-inspection labor charge if you were to take it back there. But the notion of no-one else can work on a vehicle...
