I see, that second part makes more sense. So I’m thinking the PTO on this is probably the last piece in terms of priority on this tractor? With more of the driveline going to the other components.

Forgot to ask-is it pipe thread or a straight thread with o ring seal?

I’m not sure if it will work on your application-but on a transmission plug someone stripped in the cast, I had put a Helicoil in it for temporary fix. grease your drill bit and grease the tap so it catches the metal shavings instead of them falling inside. hope that helps some

is there a way, to turn up the injection pumps on these just a little? Or bigger injector nozzles? im not overly familiar with Kubota small engines

54” new holland-I had a same size Kubota blower but the new holland has heavier components. Makes it take a little more power to turn. But it does a nicer job blowing snow than the Kubota did. And yea I get it a B21 isnt any more horsepower than my lawn mower. but it makes a nice little loader...

Not trying to make a huge difference, But does anyone know why the B21 only had 13 PTO horsepower? When other 20 horsepower tractors are in the upper teensIs it the gearing or the extra weight? I’d like to find a way to turn the power up just a couple horsepower-have a 3 point snowblower and...

Not trying to answer my own question either but that’s what it seemed like to me. was Wondering if that is a possibility or is there a way to test that they are both working properly?

I was thinking one of the cylinders could have air in it? Or bypassing inside? So only one gets the weight load. Think that’s possible?

2’ off the ground is way less than any pickup new or old, never used ballast or weights before and never an issue, and 200 pounds is much less than a full bucket of dirt was.

No haven’t used weight or ballast. and I meant it wants to lift with 200 pounds lifted 2’ off the ground. that’s the odd part because I used to be able to lift all the way up or at least 5’

I’ve had a B21 for years, and usually have no issue with a full bucket of dirt dumping into a pickup truck. Just recently something changed that the tractor likes to lift the left rear tire off the ground with just 200 pounds in bucket. Tires are all inflated, nothing bent, no external leaks...

Thanks for the tip, I’ll check the red light wiring tomorrow. I’ve used other kubotas that have the small square push button for the flashers, mounted on the plastic on the dash just by the key. With this one there isn’t even a hole or a cutout for the button. That’s why I wondered.
