Looking for Ideas on how to keep birds from destroying my new fascia boards.

For work, Ive replaced close to a miles worth of fascia and pieces of cedar siding on houses. 80-90% of the time when I pull the chewed up piece of lumber there is a metric zillion dead stink bugs behind the plank. I dont know if the bugs came before the bugs or viceversa. That being said Im no...

Tractor for woods and trail use?

Steep hills and big tractors? Can you maneuver straight up and down those steep hills, or will you be side hilling? My property is STEEP and requires alot of side hilling, there is NO way I’d want a cab with that extra weight up high. Really think about where and how you will be dragging logs...

    Piranha blade

Do you use it primarily for scraping off topsoil and green material?

How do I NOT Break This??

I had that same issue last winter. Temps dropped below zero f for a week and my fuel gelled. I had to get it off. Seems like there should be a wrench that fits that diameter and notches, but I couldn’t find one in my tight time restraints. I used a strap wrench and had to REALLY crank on that...

Ive had that model for a year, it works great for my needs! Enjoy.

Land smoothing/leveling rock root hard soil conditions

Maybe it's just me but I managed to bend the tabs that the lift arms attach to on my box blade. I straightened them back out, removed the pins and installed some grade 8 bolts, washers and nuts in place of the pin. My box blade has been a lot happier since. Less than $10.

Land smoothing/leveling rock root hard soil conditions

I read that and immediately thought ‘this guy must be in Pacific Northwes’, where Oregon grape is everywhere. But no, you’re out east. I didnt know you had your own version out there. You found your answer, but i also use a box blade with rippers down to tear out oregon grape. There maybe better...

L3901 with backhoe. Rear remotes and 3rd function

Did you order that Lever Guide Bracket with the additional slots for the rear remotes or did your tractor come with it? Im trying to decide if it's worth the $110'ish for that cover.

L3901 with backhoe. Rear remotes and 3rd function

Definitely a market for that!! I think Im going to try and mount my two spool down there, but Im not tying into the port on the side of the block like you did, I'll just run hoses to the manifold. But I will see once I get the hoses and fittings how much real estate is down there and whether...

L3901 with backhoe. Rear remotes and 3rd function

Are you planning on someday moving them down below the seat like you had them laid out in your previous photo? I kinda considered mounting the rear remotes near the loader. Do you find that is not a great location because of how you use them or the extra effort to run four hoses to the rear?

L3901 with backhoe. Rear remotes and 3rd function

Im in the process of installing a 2 spool on my 3902. Do you have a photo of yours all mounted and hoses ran? I think I see how Im going to mount mine, but its usually helpful to see the results of someone who‘s done it prior. thanks

    2014 RTV-1140CPX New Project for Restoration-PART 3

Perhaps I missed it in the earlier thread, but what are you using for ‘paint’? Specifically those gray parts.
