Yea the seat has a couple cracks so threw the cover on plus it has the added pockets on the back for pins. Doesn't look the greatest but functions well.

Thank you! Like I said it was a labor of love that took about 3 yrs in between work and family time. I wish I had more use for it but it's a little too big for my measley 0.25 acre lot now.

Selling my fully rebuilt Kubota L1500 diesel tractor. The L1500 has 8 forward gears and 2 reverse via a high/low range selector. It also has 4 gears for the PTO. The 3 point hitch comes with a draw bar and CAT 1 top link. This little tractor is perfect when coupled with a finish mower or box...

@PYC Tractor , did you ever find an answer to this? I already have my tractor split to swap motors and upon looking in through the shifters see that my input shaft gears are mashed up too.

Oil level is good but unfortunately compression test is not. I only have 200psi on #2 and 300psi on #1. I added some oil to #2 cylinder to see if the rings were the culprit and was only able to get it to 300psi max. I believe the intake valves are to blame as there's a good amount of soot/carbon...

I've been working on bringing back to life an old L1500 and I finally got it running but noticed it's spitting oil out of what seems like an overflow or something. It seems to be a decent amount coming out as the motor runs. What is this pipe and I'm guessing something isn't right so what should...

Need a little help. Got it fired up and it has oil spitting out of the tube that's on the rear of the injection pump. Normally it has a hose hooked to it that just daylights by the oil pan. What is that tube and it was a considerable amount so I'm guessing there's something there I need to fix...

Sorry it's been a while since I've updated everyone on this but I've made good progress. I've replaced the gear cover and water conver along with blasted everything and painted the chassis. I've installed a new (used) radiator and am waiting on new hoses and an alternator to arrive this week...
