I got it figured out. The break operates off a pull bar, spring and a belt on the pulley. The spring was not doing its job in holding a bar in far enough to disengage the brake belt. runs great now

Alright finally freed the pto shaft and get to run this Super Apache 3 point chipper. Hook it up to Kubota B7100 and can’t keep the breakaway bolt from snapping on the pto shaft. How do you operate this thing. Is there a owners manual available? I can turn by hand the machine counter clockwise...

3 point does stay elevated.

Yes. The screen is gone.

1978ish B7100. Rear lift seems to have gotten weak. So I removed the bolt which appears to be the 3 point oil filter part #66611-36120 but there is no screen. So is it possible it fell off? Would that contribute to 3 point losing power?

Alright revisited the issue. Short on tractor time wife wants me to finish remodel. check oil 1Qt to much! Drain Qt. Start tractor about 10 seconds white smoker then went away. Smoke from under engine though Maybe oil residue burn off? Old fuel lines new diesel though. I’ll be replacing soon

B7100 D750 runs well but blows a little white smoke. More so at start up. Is it ok to run until I resolve the issue ? This tractor has not been ran in over 6 years.

Well kept cranking and hit it started. Ran very smooth just a little smoky. More questions later I’m sure.

Throttle wide open and not overheat starter done. Little Black smoke comes out of exhaust so think it’s burning something

Are these bubbles coming from bleeding the injectors or created as it bleeding. Can’t get it to start. Bled for quite a while.
