I took his statement to mean that the pneumatic tires had been replaced. Shouldn't they last longer than 500 hours?

I de-greased and de-rusted things the best I could. Then I gave it a basic paint job. All the shafts turn, and all the zerks I could find took grease. I couldn't find any zerks for (front) shaft that drives the seed plates. Here is a pic of the base. Should there be a zerk in that hole -...
