I have a B7800 and one of the FEL cylinders has a leak so i am looking to take it apart and replace the seals. Is there any special tools that would make this a easy job? What tool should be used to remove this? I put a red arrow :) seems most use a pipe wrench.

My fear is when i take it apart the old seals will be so bad that i will not anything to go by.

I also need new front tires can anyone suggest a place to buy them online or should i just buy them from the cheapest seller? They are titan multi trac.

I made a spanner wrench, But it was not tight and a piece of leather on a channel locks would have done it. Loosen while still in tractor much easier. The piston seal I heat up in oil to about 200 degrees put on and put a hose clamp on it lightly till it cools. No special tools. And my tractor is the b7800 as well

You may find the best price on tires is to get tire and rim assembly from your Kubota dealer's sales dept (not there parts dept). They sometime's refer sales to be ," Whole goods"

The paint on the cylinder shaft probably ruined the seal. Cylinder shaft should have no paint on shaft that goes into the cylinder..

If you look at the picture you can clearly see the wear mark on the shaft does not reach the painted section of the shaft.

Everything the Sales department sells other than insurance and warranty is a Wholegoods item.
