Rear wheel locks up

The right rear wheel on my 3680 periodically locks up while moving. Any ideas why?

Broken brake pad? Damaged ring/pinion gear?

Jack up the rear end and spin the wheels by hand to see if you can find a bad spot.

Does the knuckle have any oil in it? You have probably broken a tooth off of one of the bevel gears or have a failed bearing. You can remove the wheel and the cover to gain access to diagnose.
