I've gotten 2 different ones free from the Kubota USA web site. It's tricky getting the free download because it first wants you to pay to get one shipped. Just continue clicking around, and you'll find how to get the online/downloaded manual.

Is there a compartment in the back of the seat back? That is where I found mine.

Hello again i need to get an opperator manual also , where do i find one ?
If the manual is for the L1501DT, you may have to purchase one. The tractor is around 45 years old, and I do not think that many Orange Tractor Talks will have one.

I saw several for sale online. Good luck with it!

A L1501 is actually a Gray market tractor and manuals from North American Kubota distributors are not something they support.

If you focus on the quasi equivalent L185 you might have more luck.

I will send the owner a private message.

Look for the envelope symbol in the top right corner of the forum screen. If there is a read number beside the envelope on your screen click on the envelope to read the private message waiting for you.

I guess the owner is not that desperate for a manual........... no response to my offer for a L185 operators' manual.

Hello Dave,
That happens far too often. One of the forum members goes out of their way to offer assistance, and they never hear from the OP again. I notice, however, that the "good guys" keep on trying! Thank you for your efforts ....................................they are appreciated (even if not by the OP)
