Replacment front tires for B-7100

I need new front tires for my 1986 B-7100; sidewalls all cracked on the old ones and right front won' t hold air. No luck at my local dealer. What is is available that will fit my rims?

It looks like others have used 20x10x10 Carlisle tires to replace the OE tires with no issue.
