Do you all run any additive in the fuel in your tractors in the cold weather? If so what and which brand?
Same. We get very cold here, so it's white bottle in winter. Silver bottle in summer for a little extra lubrication.Power Service in white bottle.
I run the Silver bottle version when it***8217;s not cold.

Same here - not unusual for it to go to 20 below and stay there for a week around here during the winter. When I was working out at the mines seems like the cold would always catch them unprepared, with diesel not winterized enough for the extreme cold and none of the equipment would run. I'm talking not just "winterized" diesel that's sold at the pumps, that's not good enough if temperatures are below zero. At the mines they had to run close to 50% #1 diesel to keep it from gelling; I just add extra Power Service.Power Service in white bottle.

BP also has good cetane levels... it’s my go to for diesel as well.Interesting study of Diesel additives to save tractor injector pumps. Lots of background info about Diesel fuels.
I buy only BP diesel very clean.
