Thanks fellows for the information. Now I will tell you what I was really getting at. I purchased a L3400 with loader, backhoe, and a heated Curtis cab. The tractor has 1200 hrs on it. Its life was mainly snow clearing. Backhoe doesn't appear to have been used much. Needs a lot of small things done to it, rubber seal around door re glued, (and bottom of door could use some paint) seats need replaced, lights not working, rear fenders not the best, (they used chains and beat them up a little plus rust. Hood rusted, needs repaired or replaced, tires good, engine and hydraulics sound ok. (like a old horse, used hard and put away wet) I bought this at the price of less than just what any two of the attachments would cost. Not including what the tractor is worth. Over the years I have had 4 New hollands (17 & 19 series with loaders.) No complaints, Never had the opportunity to buy a Kubota that I could afford. After getting the Kubota with the cab, I have to admit being inside with a heater is pretty nice and out of the rain. I seen aB3000HSDC for sale, real nice, not beat up or used hard, with the cab with AC With loader. I thought maybe the backhoe would fit on it. But after what you guys say it won't work and would hurt the sale of the L3400. With the sale of the L3400 and my cherry New Holland (650 hrs) I would have enough to buy the B3000hsdc. (I could live without the back hoe as I have a 3 pt mount woods for the NH.) Any one ever owned a B3000 HSDC? How do you like it, any complaints.?
