Not sure anything will be plug n play - you will have to run wires to "something"
It really depends on what you are thinking - you want long bar lights?
or smaller individual lights?
Personally - I would NOT run them inside my OEM Kubota wiring - I would get a "kit" - they are cheap and run your own circuit, straight back to the battery via a relay. Easy - Peasy.
There are all kinds of kits out there - find one you like and then buy the relay kit - sometimes they are sold together.

I recently added a lightbar to my B…This is as close as I could find to plug and play. If you have a 12v socket there are only two wires that need to be put on terminals if I remember correctly. It’s magnetic so very easy to move or take on/off. This item is very bright.
