My New BX1880 was delivered last month with a loader, and deck. No leaks. I removed the loader and put it back on. Ever since it leaked. I've removed it 6 plus times, still leaks. Sometimes worse then other times. The last time I removed it I took a flat punch and worked the Male Connectors on the tractors up and down. Now I put the loader back on. Seems to ok so far maybe only leaking a tiny bit, but can't tell, defiantly not like it was. I've already notified the dealer of the leak. The parts should be in on Monday. Should I let the dealer replace everything anyway, or could there be a change maybe there was a piece of crud in the line. Only 25 hours on the machine. What's your opinion ?
Thanks

The dealer will replace it to validate the warranty replacement parts. You do it, no warranty.

Mine leaks also after taking the loader off for the first time. Is there any adjustment to pull the top manifold tighter to the matting bottom half.

I really don't what to have to take the unit in to the dealer for something that should be really simple.

There is no adjustment. But I took off my loader. Turned off the machine Then I took a Flat head punch, carefully I worked the center of valves on tractor side of quick coupler in and out fully and fluid came out. Then i disconnected and reconnected the loader several times no more leak. I personally think it had some of the factory sealer or gunk in it the didn't let it make the seal. I had already scheduled the dealer to pickup and replace the quick disconnect coupler, so they came last week and got it, I still don't have it back to. It didn't leak anymore but they recommended replacing it anyway per Kubota. They said they never heard of trying it. I looked at the breakdown of of valve diagram online, and it didn't make a lot of sense to me that it something could fail so quick, without cause and no reason. So I tried it. Of course if you try it, make sure the machine is off, and work you controls first to relieve any pressure. Mine started to leak the first time I took off the loader, and put it right back on. I put on and took off loader 6 times still leaked untill I tried this. Good Luck
