Have you been near your machine with a pressure washer?

These tools have the ability to force water into all sorts of places resulting in serious damage. Your high fluid level could be from an inch of water in the bottom of the unit as the oil will sit on top of the oil so it does not show up on the dipstick

I would find a way to drain the fluid, using a suction hose device if there is no drain plug. Refill carefully using the amount spec'd not relying on the dipstick until it is proven to match the introduction of a spec'd amount of fluid.

Don't run it like this and don't let it stand if there might be water in it. This needs to be resolved quickly.

Never pressure washed it. Was told there is a vent for air on this new tractor hydraulic lines in rear and if air gets trapped it will push fluid up through this vent line. It's on top of back where fluid was dropping out. This tractor is brand new and highly unlikely to have water contamination. Taking it tomorrow for its first break in service and have the situation looked at
