Seems there's an increasing amount of threads concerning 'electrical' problems, either due to 'computers' or older equipment.
Perhaps 'those in charge' could add an 'electrical ' section, that has the wiring diagrams in it ? That way it'd be a lot quicker to get just the wiring diagram and try to help out.

Jay,

So a "sticky" under Service, Repair & Maintenance? If so - Simply a place were all electrical schematics are placed? - members would post a schematic, but then how to "find" the one someone is looking for?

There would have to be a very specific way to label a new post....

It would have to be:

B7100 (newer) Electrical Schematic - and poster would include a clear picture of that particular model.

The specific model would have to be in the new post title

I am open to suggestions on "how" to make this viable and searchable too.

maybe post title follows this format...
WD-BX23s
WD-B7100

where
WD is short for Wiring Diagram
- as a delimiter
model number of tractor

as long as it's consistent, the 'search engine' should be able to find them
Big bonus would be to have the posts sorted by models......

I agree totally = but do we need the WD in front? Since the POST topic will be wiring diagrams?

OTT can't legally setup and promote members posting copyrighted info ( Wiring diagrams are copyrighted).
Now if a member choses to do so, on there own, that's fine, I can't stop every post.

hmm, I wondered about the 'legal' aspect but then www.kubotabooks.com has all sorts of complete manuals and you can 'Google' and see the 'images' as well.
Just thought it'd be nice to have easy access to a poster's model wiring , to suggest how to go after the 'electrical gremlins' many have.

I think it would be a great idea if the logistics could be worked out. Google searching usually turns up a bunch of stuff that can't be trusted. I'm always looking for diagrams, and all too often even if I find what I'm after it's too small to distinguish any details. Then the components are numbered and there is no accompanying list of what those numbers represent.
