3 point will not lift

hi,, i have a older L 275 with 700 hrs.. my son was bushhogging and noticed the bush hog would not raise..i have plenty of hyd oil.. no leaks,, checked the little wheel under the seat.. checked the vent tube,, when i check the hyd filter no oil.. broke the hi pressure line and spun motor over nothing.. Is this a sign for a new pump..?? any suggestions will be appreciated.. also i noticed a leak from the fuel tank.. i would never had thought you would have to pull the steering wheel to remove tank,,thanks again for any advice,,

Sounds like either a pump or suction line issue.
If it's got a leak in the suction line it won't pull fluid.
If it's got a plugged suction screen it won't pull fluid.

Go to page 53 out of 63 and read carefully about hydraulics as many models are included but not all the same.

Check your engine oil level. If the hydraulic pump seal is out it can pump fluid into the crankcase and raise the oil level.
