Those should be the parts you need. I just did this a couple of months ago on my B7100. It cured the issue. It was fairly easy to do as well. The hardest part was finding a way to get the piston out of the cylinder. I think I got mine to pop out by manually working the 3 point arms. I have heard of using a strong magnet as well.
Well everything came out as a unit, but when I tore it down I had a sinking feeling

Extremely bad pitting on the cylinder liner
It got worse when I checked the price, I was thinking $50-60,
worst case a hundred, it's just a steel cylinder with a step machined on the end.

$429.86

I figured it is at the lower end of travel,
I am running with it.
Back together and it holds :)

Now that is dodging a bullet, if I ever did.

I won't mention that it went up and down 5 times before I
remembered that I had a chain holding it up,
thought I did not have full travel. IDIOT!

Now full travel and it holds, wheww.

Well I was hoping this would get fixed, when the lack of holding got fixed. But alas it did not, the slow fast knob seems to do absolutely nothing.
I'm not sure how this should react should it loosen and tighten like a bolt, mine seems to just spin spin spin and change nothing. And I'm not sure what the lock is supposed to do either? Push in pull out?

It srews in to slow rate of decent for 3 point. Srews out for faster decent. Restricts flow. Used with heavier implements so the don't drop fast. It should not just turn continuously

You may have sheared the pin that holds the knob to the shaft. Look to see if the small shaft rotates with the knob or not.

The knob will spin a lot (20 to 30) turns from one stop to other

Thanks Russell, I will check to see if the "previous owner"
sheared the pin that holds the knob to the shaft. :p

Like I used to tell my mom, it was like that when I found it.

Well not such an easy fix, part #59 (Flow Control Valve Adjuster)
is now in two pieces an one piece is permanently part of #5 (Cover)

May try drilling it out, and re-tapping it, That may work?

Will check with West Kentucky Tractor tomorrow and get pricing for the assembly (in green).
May even check with Kubota, I could use some more sticker shock. :D
