Kubota ST-30(europe) can't move or steer

Hi.

I'm trying to help a friend of mine, who is in the process of repairing af Kubota ST-30 - more specific it seems to be the hydrostatic that won't work.

However nobody i Denmark, knows anything about this vehicle and even so nobody has any exploided schemes over the hydrostatic.

An when I go to Kobuta homepage i can't find the model at all.

So does anyone know if the tractor in fact i named something else and does anyone has some diagrams over the hydrostatic.

The tractor can't move back or forth and the servo dosen't work either.

Would really appreciate if anyone can help us out on this one.

Sounds like a hydraulic system or pump problem! It controls Hydro, steering and Lift.
I found that it's a 30 HP model.
Is it 4 wheel drive?

Looks like it might be the same or close to a B2910.
Give me a right and left pick of under the hood (bonnet) and I can check that against the pictures of that model.

hi, ST30 is correct, and you should have no problem getting info on it.
there are lots of st30's over here in the UK , and a lot do seem to have issues with the HST pump etc.

i may a have some tech specs on my laptop in the garage, i'll reply later.

New info

If you pump the pedal (forward/reverse) 10 times then it can drive a little, but not optimal. If you let go of the pedel it would stop again and you have to pump again to get it moving.

It is a 4x4

Apparantly he does not have a powersteering problem

Still hope to get help

Now at last the Kobuta is driving....but only in reverse

Probably we have to dismantle it again.

Any quick ideas?

Sell it and buy one that's not broken!

HAHAHAHA

I assume that you now have the service manual, just follow the troubleshooting guide in it, it should lead you down the right path!

When your working on it the littlest detail or part can cause some of the biggest problems, so take your time and be thorough and meticulous!
