How do you remove Oil Seal

On a L275, how do you change the main Oil Seal Part #19202-04460, (part #11 in schematics), located behind the flywheel that holds the engine oil in the engine? Found a few drops of oil on the bottom of it when I removed the flywheel to replace the pilot bearing. I keep finding one more thing as I keep digging deeper into this, any thing else I should check? From the flywheel back, everything is in various stages of disassemble so now is the time to do WHAT EVER needs to be done.

This is related to the following thread:

Attached pic and schematics.

Thanks for any and all help.

That's, what, maybe a thimble of oil atomized over the whole area... Anti-rust coating would be what I would call it... My tractor has an oil leak... 4 quarts in 5 minutes... :( I'll have to split mine this winter (when I don't have anything else to do... yeah, right)...

P.S. Not trying to tell you anything about yours or what you should do... Just my opinion that if that was all mine was leaking, I wouldn't mess with it...

I would not split the tractor just to replace my seal with it leaking just this little bit but it is already split so I am going to replace it now so I do not have to split it again in a year or 2 or 3 etc. A new seal now hopefully will hold for another 31 years.
