CALL THE SAFETY POLICE!
Finally did away with (actually a removable jumper wire)that damn seat safety switch, this should have been mod 1.

So nice to be able to raise up off the seat to look over the hood and still move the tractor when doing any FEL work .

As many others with Harbor freight and other imported quick hitches sometimes theres a issue with the adjustable part of the hook not letting the hook go deep enough into the implement top pin.
Some have welded a piece of steel to the back and drilled new holes and that way works but i decided to slice a little off of the hook side and build out the back(tractor) side for some needed clearance.

Grapples are such a fun work saver I have been riding all over town picking up opb ( other peoples brush) I have so much karma in the bank i could loan some out. I did make one little addition for getting the small stuff into a tighter pile, I made a rake that you can roll the grapple over and rake up the twigs. uploadfromtaptalk1381091452220.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1381091478643.jpg
Its all painted up now I took the pic in primer so it shows up better.

After much contemplation I decided to finally get my front work lights mounted.
Decided that I didn't want the potential glare from lights mounted behind my head on the ROPS so I mounted them to the loader.
Mounting there eliminates any glare and also solved the exposed wire running up the rops ( actually it would have been hidden inside with drilling involved).
I hardly ever remove the loader frame and if I do the headlights are pretty decent when not obstructed.
Still need to run the wires with a disconnect and add a switch.

As you can see there still inside the tread width. Using a thru bolt allowed extra clearance where the loader arm pivots and still allowed access to the zerk.

Bandaidmd, did you post pictures with your post on the front lights. When I clicked on the attachments it came up saying it was invalid. Not sure if it was my computer or your post.

I'm working extra this year on snow stuff hoping I can keep it from happening.lol

Going to try this "stone guard" to see if I can keep from having to rake so many out of the grass next spring.
The piece of pipe I had laying around was almost the perfect length but it shouldn't matter too much that its not the exact width of the bucket.

Looks good, But I don't think you'll like the results it gives.
It will pack the snow down too much and you'll end up with an Ice Skating Rink.;)

On another note what's going to keep it from flipping up, Just looks like 2 bolts on the sides to hold it in place?

the pipe has a slot cut into the backside, the cutterbar is at least 1" inside the pipe.

Our land is flat so a little bit of residue on top of the stones is not a deal breaker and it only lasts for a few days usually.

Excellent way to do it, Hey if it works I'm all for it!
I have a rounded plate on the bottom of my 36" Snow blower and that really does help keep the rocks out of the blower! I packs them in when it gets a little soft.
I base a lot of my Snow removal off of our snow which falls...Oh crud maybe tomorrow... and won't disappear till march! I've seen as much as 6 feet in one snow storm, the storm right before we moved here they got 12-18 feet in 2 days.
It can only do that if I have my L3450 done and running!

got some light for the rear.

I tapped threads into the double thick hinge plate of the ROPS for the mount.
The wires are run inside a piece of steel line and hooked into the factory worklight connection.
I know there are some that question drilling the ROPS but seeing how the factory drills it to rivet on the warning plate i also riveted on the two wire holder loops.

The white plastic tote lid is just so the focal point of the picture doesn't get lost in the background.

Nice job, I really like the pipe work to hold the wiring, I do the same thing when I mine, keeps it neat and safe. I really need to get some lighting up on mine, it gets way to dark way to early now!

I never showed the wiring upgrades so now that i have my lights done heres some pics and description.
I added a blue sea 6 place fuse panel on the panel below the steering wheel , its a marine rated one but i added a piece of tape as a splash guard. This model also incorporates a ground busbar so all the wires run back to the panel.
The panel is fed by a 12ga wire from a bosch cube style relay mounted by the starter and org fuse block,I picked up the power for the relay at the starter end of the stock batt cable(thru 30 amp inline fuse) and the trigger wire is from the unused worklight circuit that is on activated from the factory ign. switch.
Since i'm running all led worklights there on the same fused circuit.

B2320 with LA304 FEL, Matturi 48inch Tiller, Massey 60inch Blade,
Hey, Im new to this site.

I just bought a B2320 in October of 2013 and love it most of the time. The only issue we are having is cleaning the pens of our animals. I think the option is a grapple for the front bucket.

I have spent many hours looking at you installation of the selector assembly on the FEL cross member and have a few questions.

How did you find out the size of the hydraulic fittings? I have the LA304 loader and am wondering if the fitting are ORB or NPT?

The parts are easy to source through princess auto and I am confident I am able to put it all together.

Have to tried a grapple on the bucket yet? Would you be able to recommend any type.

I didn't add a grapple to the bucket I bought a complete grapple from everything attachments and I love it. Another member used a "thumb" on his original bucket look under member Burtonbr for his build. My valve is mb which is hydrospeak for o ring.
I used mb to pipe adapters and mb to jic. Most of the hoses used by kubota are #4 with #6 jic ends. If you want a quicker answer email me thru the profile.
