There was a few threads about these a while ago. I shortly entertained the idea of adding a set of R1s to my fleet. Bridgestone makes a similar tire, but its in dimensions like a car tire.

Kubota has a part number: 6C072-50040

However, the dealer wants way more money than you can get them alsewhere, say M.E. Miller tire....

I looked at a B2400 with R1s prior to purchasing my B7610 with turfs. I thought they would be too rough for mowing duties, so I passed up machine. They were definitely taller than my turfs.

Do you need R1s or just looking at options?

Changing from R4 to R1's, it seems to be the only tractor specific tire I can find. Trying get all the things I like for my Kubota a little here and a little there, getting close.

You might contact Barlow's, Messick's or a nearby dealer to see if they have a take off set that will work for you. Most folks end up with turfs or R4's with a new purchase, so the R1's are possibly sitting somewhere already on the rim..

I found a local tire company that is a distributor and am getting the 6 ply for $140, not to bad, the rears I found on Craigslist.

Actually they are the ONLY tire that's made that will work in 7-12 size.
All other brands will not match the rolling circumference, usually to large.
That's a very fair retail price for the tire to pay as I just got some for my
wholesale business to have around and know they're not cheap.
