next project for my B2620!
While pushing back some brush along a fence line today a broken piece of sapling came thru the slats in my stock grill guard . The grill will be ok after some heat gun work and the battery saved the radiator and also survived.

So will be adding some wings to the existing guard and some expanded steel mesh.
Pictures of anyone's like minded mod would be appreciated.

I bolted some angle iron on and welded the expanded metal to it. Did not have to drill any new holes.

Alansz40 nice work! How do you fuel it up, isn't the cap under the guard?

Decided to not add the wings since theres ony a couple inches on either side. Put one extra crossbar at the bottom and some mesh.
Its sitting in the blast cabinet ready for clean up and paint.

It flips forward and lays straight out the front. I can pull one pin out and the whole thing lifts off.

Here's how I made mine for a B3030. Getting the angles correct was the toughest. I had scraps of the screening and used several pieces and welded them together to make one full screen. I have a 2" receiver mounted on the front of the tractor where I can attach/detach this brush guard from the tractor as I only need it when I'm using my grappler. I apologize for the sideway pictures.
