Nothing fancy here. Hooked up the 3 pt RFM and got the yard cut before the wicked storm here in the Ozarks. Tomorrow it's back out with the loader to pick up all of the limbs (logs) knocked down by the storm. Sideways rain is cool to watch.

After pulling logs for a few days, I dropped the log hooks and mounted up the box blade for the annual trail dragging. There are 3 miles of
ATV trail I maintain once a year. Because of the early spring I was able to get on the trail two weeks early but will need to revisit one spot that was a bit too soft for the tractor. Also hauled on old 500 pound cook stove out of an old cabin. Its not restorable but a metal artist wants it for parts. That should be interesting.

Dirtydeed posted about the Harbor Freight bolt on tow hooks for $8/ea, great idea!
Here's what I learned... I have a MMM on my B2601, and I mounted them to some existing holes on the side of the frame (fit great)! Then the first time I went to remove the MMM I realized they caused interference, fortunately there were factory holes on the front of the frame that they also bolted right up to!
A $5 exhaust pipe extension also shown

Ha, sorry. I don't have a MMM. So, I didn't even think about that causing interference.
Nice exhaust mod, what did you use?
What a weekend. Got new forks and grapple delivered and put them to work. Also moved a lot of leaves and raked the driveway. Good times. Grapple is awesome!

Gave her a bath. My main objective was to do some work in the garden, but 10 minutes before I got out there a storm unleashed. Cleared back up, but too wet to do anything.

I cut a 'T' shape on the bottom side of it with a cutoff wheel, then it tightened up nicely with just a hose clamp.

The majority of experience I had personally with tractor ownership was an old 9NFord I mowed with for 15 years. Then last year I decided to buy a real tractor and started looking at M Kubotas.
Found two M4700's within 30 miles, one for $17.5 and one for $20K, both with less than 500 hrs on them.
The $17.5 had a nice LA1002 FEL w/bucket. The $20K had that and a grapple.
My land is cleared and I saw no need for a grapple so bought the $17.5 one.
I later came to realize I'd made a $2500 mistake. Even tho' I had no immediate need for a grapple, I didn't appreciate the difference that the addt'l hydraulics could make. I'm well satisfied and well-served by the tractor I bought....but if I had it to do over....

Very nice Lil Foot.
I looked at mine while considering getting rid of it and getting a small yard tractor or zero turn to mow my 3.5 acres. I can't mow with what I have and the grass is getting ridiculous. 2,000 pounds is too much on my wet, wet, wet lawn. Just sucks.

Real "moist" in SE Idaho also, but good enough to move some gravel around. When you instantly go from stepping in mud to stepping on nice clean gravel, you feel like you are really getting the best bang for your gravel buck! I am still getting back to normal after adding onto my equipment pole barn last fall. The addition being needed for the new tractor implements and dump bed trailer, oddly enough, the very same things needed and being used for the work being done, a vicous circle of sorts.

In and around the area that Lil Foot is in, they have a ton of natural cinders from a long dormant volcano, it's really odd stuff to walk in, kind of like sand.Bill, are the cinders something you have readily available? Around here, this is what we get.
